Recipe – Lobia Masala / Chawli chi bhaji
- Step 1: Make a curry base with 1 tomato, 2 chopped onions, red chili powder, turmeric, salt. Cook until tomatoes gets mushy. Add your fav garam masala powder. (You can use Aaj Pakao Everyday curry to save time).Peanuts optional.
- Step 2: Add pack of Aaj Pakao Lobia to the mixture.
- Step 3: Cook for 3-4 mins. Serve Hot with Rice or Roti!
