Aaj Pakao, produced by Suzu Agro Pvt. Ltd., received recognition from NSRCEL at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, one of the most prestigious business schools in India.
The program, hosted by Goldman Sachs in 2022, served as a platform to connect with prominent faculty members and entrepreneurs. Since then, IIM-B NSRCEL has been a valuable guide for us in navigating various business scenarios.
Aaj Pakao was founded on the fundamental belief that Indian cuisine can be prepared and enjoyed effortlessly. With the advent of globalization, the busy schedule of the average Indian worker has led to an unbalanced diet and a decline in overall health. Aaj Pakao aims to make healthy Indian cuisine easily accessible, akin to cooking it from scratch.
Moreover, Indian farmers bear the burden of losing 40% of their produce in the value chain. Aaj Pakao strives to curb this wastage by processing the surplus produce. Thus, Aaj Pakao’s mission is to bridge the gap between the Indian farmers and the end consumers, addressing the key issues on both sides.
Aaj Pakao envisions an India where food waste is reduced to 0%, and consumers worldwide have access to an array of easy, quick, and healthy Indian food options.
We Made it to Top 100
In 2022, Images Group compiled a list of the top 100 D2C brands disrupting the Indian Startup business market in the MSME sector, with Aaj Pakao being one of them. Despite starting with minimal sales, the company has served over 100k meals by the end of the year.
Aaj Pakao has taken small steps towards introducing innovative, healthy, and delicious products that stand out in the health food market. The company has developed age-neutral products by collaborating with nutrition and food technology experts from India’s leading institutions. Moreover, its products are manufactured in ISO and GMP certified facilities, creating employment opportunities in rural India.
With the motto “Anybody can Cook,” Aaj Pakao is helping people save valuable time in the kitchen.
