  • First Add all the dry ingredients and dry roast them to make kolhapuri masala
  • Once roasted, grind them and keep the powder aside
  • Heat Oil, add all the seeds, vegetables, masala powders and kolhapuri masala
  • Mix well. Add 1 packet of Aaj Pakao Misal Mix and mix well, add salt, add 3 cups water and let it boil for 15-20 mins
  • The Kolhapuri missal is ready. add coriander leaves, onion, tomato to garnish
